Functional SAP EWM/S4 Hana Consultant, / Business Analyst

* Mapping of warehouses and organizational structures.
* Data migration during the go-live.
* Writing and executing the Cut-over plan.
* Carrying out change management strategy and actions (Impact, mobilization, communication, training).
* Implementation of inbound and putaway flows in EWM.
* Implementation of outbound flows (picking waves) and shipping (transport units/TU).
* Creation of SAP S/4 HANA EWM training courses.
* Development and finalization of JIRA test scenarios for solution validation.
* Training of Key Users/End users on EWM & LI SAP S/4 Hana (Fiori + SAP Gui).

* Supporting business actors (KUL/KU) during business testing / QO testing during different deployment waves.
* Supporting and implementing change management strategy and actions (Impact, mobilization,
communication, training).
* Participation in the development of test sheets and finalization of test scenarios for solution validation
(including regulatory).
* Data migration (TDM):
* Collecting and providing necessary values for feeding different parameter tables of the solution and
transcodification for data migration.
* Operational reporting:
* Ensuring coverage of operational reporting requirements.
* Participation in Program rituals/committees: inter-CPM (weekly) / Lot 3 Coordination (weekly) /
Advancement point of Cut Over action plans (weekly) / CPM-BPE point.

* Prepare and send monthly KPIs
* KPI Monthly Meetings Animation
* Control and follow-up of the IFF application (Filme Ferme Indicator)
* Preparation of N+1 targets for Renault Monde plants
* Training of users of the application (English / French)
* Drafting of specifications
* Validation of functional tests
