Responsibilities:
Windows 10/11 Support:
Troubleshoot and resolve software issues on Windows 10/11 laptops.
Assist with the installation, configuration, and deployment of Windows 10/11.
Office 365 Support:
Assist with the setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of Office 365 applications.
Support end-users in using Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office 365 tools.
Handle Office 365 account setup, password resets, and permission issues.
OneDrive Support:
Assist users with OneDrive setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Resolve sync issues during the migration process.
Teams Support:
Support the setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of Microsoft Teams.
Assist users with Teams meetings, chat, and collaboration features.
General Duties:
Respond to and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Document all support activities and resolutions in the provided tracking system.
Communicate effectively with users to understand and resolve their issues.
Collaborate with the IT team to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Perform other IT support tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in desktop support, preferably in an L1 role.
Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 operating systems.
Experience with Office 365 administration and support.
Familiarity with OneDrive and Teams support.
