3rd Line Support Engineer- London/Hybrid - 6 months- £350 P/D Inside IR35

Stott & May have teamed up with an international consultancy looking for a 3rd Line Support Engineer with next generation Firewall experience (ideally Palo) to join them supporting a leading telecommunications company.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience supporting tickets as a 3rd Line Support Engineer as well experience working next generation Firewalls such as Palo, Check point or Fortinet. You will be tasked with supporting and maintaining the customers Firewalls estate as well as supporting customer tickets using Service Now.

Experience working with telecoms operators would be a welcome bonus.

Key Requirements
- 3rd line Support Engineer with strong experience in supporting tickets
- Experience or an understanding of Palo Alto (PanOS v9 & 10. Panorama)
- Exposure working with next generation Firewalls (Palo, Check point or Fortinet)
- Previous experience of mentoring and supporting junior members of the team

This is an 6 month contract opportunity working in global operations support team - the role is largely remote with occasional onsite presence required in a London office. My client are paying £350 per day inside IR35 for this contract position.
