The Academic Consultant is responsible for providing academic guidance and support to students, helping them navigate their educational journey and achieve their academic goals.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting academic assessments to identify strengths and areas for improvement
- Developing personalized academic plans for students based on their goals and needs
- Providing guidance on course selection, study habits, and time management
- Monitoring students' progress and making adjustments to academic plans as needed
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure student success
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of educational resources and academic support services
- Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations
- Experience in academic advising or counseling preferred
