Are you a dynamic and experienced Agile Project Manager with a passion for pharmaceutical quality and digital transformation? We are looking for a highly skilled professional to join our team in Italy and lead critical initiatives in MES validation and Agile delivery.

? Key Responsibilities:
Lead Agile software development initiatives using SAFe frameworks
Manage Program Increment Planning, Sprint Planning, and Backlog Grooming
Conduct capacity and velocity analysis to optimize team performance
Coordinate with development and delivery teams to ensure timely execution
Oversee MES validation projects, ensuring compliance with GxP regulations
Drive excellence in Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and Good Testing Practices (GTP)
? Key Qualifications:
Proven experience with Agile Software Development and SAFe
Proficiency in JIRA and JIRA Align
Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Demonstrated leadership in managing multi-functional teams
Background in Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance Operations
Excellent communication skills in English; Italian is a strong plus
