We are looking for two freelancers to design a system architecture for a multi-agent AI system in context of expert sorucing. In particular we are looking for:
1) AI Agent System Architect for the technical part
2) UX Designer for the non-technical part

Our vision is to enable autonomous, intelligent expert sourcing workflows, governed by a central Supervisor Agent that delegates tasks to specialized sub-agents. These agents operate across various dimensions of the expert sourcing pipeline to deliver high-quality outcomes faster and with great personalization.
Therefore we are looking for freelancers who can design aan AI-powered, hierarchical multi-agent system that revolutionizes how expert acquisition is conducted by automating core expert sourcing processes — from project creation and candidate screening to communication and contract finalization.
Built on a modular and extensible agent architecture, the system should be designed for high scalability, seamless integration with external platforms, and adaptability to complex workflows in dynamic expert sourcing environments.
