About the Role
You will work as part of a dynamic analytical team supporting process development, product innovation, and technology deployment. The role involves conducting high-quality laboratory analysis using a wide array of analytical techniques to generate accurate, timely insights that underpin operational excellence and innovation.
Key Responsibilities

Perform laboratory testing following standard and proprietary methods, ensuring quality and timeliness of results.

Support the safe and compliant execution of lab operations, fostering a strong safety culture.

Manage and maintain laboratory equipment, including calibration, quality checks, and troubleshooting.

Assist in identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
Experience
-
Background in industrial or commercial analytical laboratories.

Proven ability to work independently in a lab setting, with a keen eye for detail and data accuracy.

Familiarity with risk assessments, COSHH, and safe lab procedures.

Experience conducting tests using analytical methods and preparing calibration standards.

Strong understanding of dilutions and calibration techniques (internal/external).
