- You take over end-to-end programme management for the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors (HCM) across three parallel workstreams.
- You act as the single point of contact with overall responsibility towards the client.
- You coordinate international delivery teams across multiple regions.
- You ensure the on-time delivery of all workstream milestones.
- You manage the daily coordination with globally distributed project teams.
- You create and present weekly PMO reports on project progress at management level.
- You work with agile methodologies, particularly within the SAFe framework.
- You monitor the quality and consistency of all deliverables.
- You foster effective cross-regional collaboration between teams.
- You have around 10 years of experience in programme or project management at senior manager level.
- You bring solid experience in the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors (HCM).
- You have a proven track record of successfully managing complex, international projects.
- You are confident working with agile methodologies, ideally with SAFe.
- You stand out with strong communication and coordination skills.
- You have experience working with globally distributed teams.
- You are located within the EU, ideally in Ireland.
- You are willing to travel occasionally.
- An international project environment with global teams.
- A project duration until November 2026 with the option of extension.
- A start period between mid-April and early May 2026.
- The use of modern agile delivery methodologies.
- A structured programme setup with clearly defined deliverables.
- Regular stakeholder communication at management level.
