Job Title: Project Manager - Downstream (Biopharma)
Location: Denmark (100% On-site)
Contract: 12-18 months (Full-time, possible extension)
Start Date: ASAP
Travel: Limited travel within EU & USA

I am supporting my client in the search for a Project Manager (Work Package Owner) with expertise in Downstream biopharma processes. This critical role involves managing the installation, commissioning, qualification, and validation (CQV) of downstream process equipment within a high-impact biopharma project.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of equipment installation, SAT, and CQV testing
• Ensure timely alignment of downstream operational readiness activities
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, IT/Automation teams, and suppliers
• Maintain oversight of deliverables during installation and validation phases
• Provide leadership and foster a team-oriented environment throughout the project

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in Downstream processes within biopharma
• Background as WPO, PM, or technical lead during installation and CQV phases
• Strong process/mechanical engineering expertise
• Leadership and cross-functional team collaboration skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment
