Description

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing sector, is currently in the final stages of selecting BMC as their IT Service Management (ITSM) solution. To support this transition, they are looking for an experienced BMC ITSM Consultant to provide expertise in implementation, configuration, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support the implementation of BMC ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Asset Management, etc.).

Work closely with internal IT teams and stakeholders to define requirements and align processes.

Customize and configure BMC Helix/Remedy to meet business needs.

Ensure a smooth transition from existing ITSM tools to BMC.

Provide training and documentation to internal teams.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to BMC ITSM.

Requirements:
? Proven experience with BMC ITSM (Helix/Remedy).
? Strong understanding of ITIL processes and IT service management best practices.
? Hands-on expertise in BMC configuration, customization, and integration.
? Ability to work independently and guide internal teams through the implementation.
? Fluent in English; German is a plus.

Nice to Have:
Previous experience working in manufacturing or industrial environments.

Knowledge of automation and AI-driven service management within BMC.
