WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO

  • Analyse data and processes to design and implement reconciliation solutions, focusing on Transaction Reporting controls
  • Represent business needs and priorities within an agile squad to support internal and external data reconciliation
  • Configure and improve reconciliation processes across various data domains such as cash, positions, and transactions
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and support audit and risk mitigation efforts
  • Work closely with IT and business experts to maintain and enhance reconciliation applications
  • Align with stakeholders from multiple departments to manage change, simplify processes, and implement solutions efficiently

AN IDEAL PROFILE WOULD BE

  • 3-5 years of experience in Wholesale Banking
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Familiarity with Scrum/Agile methodologies
  • Knowledge of Transaction Reporting regulations (eg, Canada, HKMA)
  • Experience in Data Management, Process Management, and regulatory compliance
  • Ability to manage diverse stakeholders from business, compliance, IT, and management
  • Strong analytical and communication skills with a focus on value creation
  • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
