Experienced Business Analyst Consultant – Remote EU
A client of Amass Technology are looking for a Business Analyst to support a major enterprise-level banking transformation initiative.
You’ll play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business teams, data experts, and IT engineers. Your work will drive data-driven decision-making, enhance reporting and analytics, and contribute to the design of resilient, future-ready systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the interface between business stakeholders and technical teams
Translate business needs into clear, actionable IT and data requirements
Ensure solutions are robust, compliant, and scalable
Support end-to-end project lifecycle from analysis to implementation
Facilitate workshops, map out business processes, and support data strategy
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
5+ years as a Business Analyst across the full software development lifecycle
3+ years in banking or financial services, with solid domain knowledge
Strong requirements engineering—functional & non-functional
Proven ability in business process and data modeling
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Proficiency in SQL for data validation and analysis
Good grasp of data warehousing, reporting, and analytics concepts
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar collaboration tools
Logistics:
6 month initial contract (likely to extend)
Fully remote in the EU
Paying up to €4,800 Gross Monthly
