A client of Amass Technology are hiring for a Business Analyst with a strong background in the banking sector. The ideal profile will excel in stakeholder management, be highly analytical, and possess the ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document requirements.
- Act as the primary liaison between business units and technical teams.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations with senior stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into functional and non-functional specifications.
- Support project delivery across the full lifecycle.
- Identify process improvements and recommend strategic solutions.
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and technology solutions.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicting priorities.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within the banking or financial services sector.
- Demonstrated excellent stakeholder management skills, including senior-level engagement.
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and process modelling.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments with multiple stakeholders.
- Fluency in Czech and English.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
