Introduction and Summary
We are looking for a Business Analyst (m/f/d) to design Client Lifecycle workflows in a digital environment for the Group’s business lines, focusing on Private Wealth Management in France and Germany, and Independent Financial Advisers. This role requires regular collaboration with various stakeholders including business lines, compliance, legal, and IT departments. The position will provide you with a unique opportunity to enhance your skills in an international and entrepreneurial setting while managing both operational and project tasks. Expect occasional travel to Germany and possibly Tunisia. The workplace is located in Clichy, France, with a hybrid working model (3 days in office, 2 days remote). Start date is as soon as possible.
Main Objectives
Conduct functional analysis and gather business requirements.
Perform testing to ensure development quality.
Report issues and collaborate on effective solutions.
Monitor project developments and ensure timely execution.
Proactively suggest enhancements for customer journeys.
Coordinate with various teams for seamless project collaboration.
Comply with the group’s policies and processes.
Key Requirements
Fluency in English, French, and German. CV needed in English.
Strong communication skills for engaging diverse audiences.
Analytical thinking to address complex challenges.
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Previous experience as a Business Analyst.
Background in IT is desirable.
Proficient in tools like Wiki, Jira, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Nice to Haves
Experience with CAMUNDA (BPMN solution).
Familiarity with electronic signature solutions like DocuSign or UniverSign.
Other Details
Understanding of AGILE and V cycle methodologies.
Knowledge of SQL, API, and Atlassian tools like JIRA/Confluence, and Xray.
