Business analyst expert Payment Methods
Function description
Payconiq, Wero, Apple pay, click to pay, tokenization, E-commerce experience
Identify business needs and trends and competition Propose product & service improvements Analyse and evaluate change request Develop business requirements and acceptance criteria Act as interface with the stakeholders Bridge the business needs with IT define the business scope, target operating model and interfaces (Business and IT) Follow-up implementation of the change, including Business Acceptance testing (BAT)
Language requirements
Dutch Good spoken communication skills
French Strong spoken communication skills
English Strong written and spoken communication skills
Education Master Degree Business Mgt or equal through experience
Expectation: 50% on site & 50% homeworking
Required experience/knowledge At least 6 years of relevant experience
Technical experience mandatory
preferable
knowledge of technical aspects of Payment Methods and transactions
Business experience mandatory
Business expertise in Payments Methods transactions Knowledge of the banking industry, especially in Belgium (players, trends, etc) Good ability to understand and communicate on complex business topics and the link with IT Business analysis experience
preferable
knowledge experience related to Payconiq and Wero
