The Intelligent Automation initiative at the bank is currently in an expansive phase, during which new solutions and platforms are being analysed and researched. The current focus is on the Microsoft product family, including Copilot Studio, M365 Copilot, and Power Automate.
The role:
We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to support our intelligent automation program by leading assessments, driving documentation efforts, and coordinating the enablement of Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Copilot Studio) in a regulated banking environment. This role will also be key in delivering workshops and building adoption across business units.
Key responsibilities:
•Lead risk, security, and compliance assessments for Power Platform and Azure-based solutions.
•Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and validate solution approaches.
•Develop training materials and conduct workshops to enable business users and IT stakeholders in using Power Platform tools effectively.
•Track progress of approvals, remediation activities, and alignments with internal policies.
•Support cross-functional alignment across infrastructure, security, legal, and business domains.
•Facilitate stakeholder meetings, ensuring follow-ups and delivery of key outcomes.
Soft skills:
•Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
•Strong organizational and time management skills.
•Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language.
•Confident in leading meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagements.
•Adaptable and comfortable navigating complex regulatory environments.
Qualifications:
•Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a technology-focused or regulated industry environment.
•Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Automate, Copilot Studio) is a plus, but not required.
•Experience working with risk management, compliance, or audit teams.
•Proficiency in process mapping, documentation tools, and business case development.
•Understanding of cloud technologies (Azure knowledge is an advantage).gement methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
