Dear Consultant,
We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to support workforce enablement initiatives within a large, regulated enterprise environment.
The role focuses on process analysis, gap assessment, stakeholder collaboration, and change enablement, ensuring workforce tools and processes are aligned with business objectives.
Business Analyst – Workforce Enablement
Location: Poland –Warsaw / Poznan
(Onsite 1–2 days per month – exact hybrid model to be confirmed)
Contract Type: B2B / Contract
Experience Level:6–8 years (industry experience in regulated environments is a strong plus)
Industry Preference: Pharmaceuticals / Healthcare / Life Sciences (highly preferred)
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to develop business cases and identify improvement opportunities
Perform AS-IS / TO-BE analysis and conduct situation & gap analysis across end-to-end processes
Translate workforce enablement goals into clear, actionable business requirements
Document business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows
Support change management and adoption for new tools and processes
Conduct impact analysis, ensuring compliance with organizational standards
Facilitate workshops, meetings, and stakeholder sessions
Track and report progress on workforce enablement initiatives
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a Business Analyst (process improvement & stakeholder management)
Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and gap analysis techniques
Experience working in regulated environments (pharma, healthcare, life sciences)
Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills
Familiarity with change management and compliance standards
