Clearview New Build is the leading fabricator and installer of windows and doors to the new build housing sector. Headquartered in Wakefield, we are part of the £50m+ Conservatory Outlet Group and we take pride in delivering high quality products and excellent service to our clients. To support our growth and strengthen our market presence, we are seeking a dynamic and committed Business Development Manager to join our team.

As a Business Development Manager at Clearview New Build, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and ensuring the satisfaction of existing clients. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, highly driven individual with a passion for driving business growth and strengthening and maintaining high-quality customer relationships. As Business Development Manager focusing on new build, you will be instrumental in expanding our business footprint, managing key accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be a proactive and strategic thinker with a proven track record in the new build sector, with strong account management experience.

Role Responsibilities 

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the new build sector.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
  • Build and nurture relationships with new clients, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize business potential.
  • Work closely with existing customers to understand their requirements and maintain high levels of satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Set and achieve sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of Clearview New Build
  • Win deals in a manner that benefits both the company and the customer.


  • Experience in new build is essential.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-driven with a flexible mindset and a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel around the North and West of England
  • Full, clean driving license.
  • Degree educated (preferred)
  • Organised
