Headquartered in Wakefield, we are part of the £50m+ Conservatory Outlet Group and we take pride in delivering high quality products and excellent service to our clients. To support our growth and strengthen our market presence, we are seeking a dynamic and committed Business Development Manager to join our team.

As Business Development Manager for Clearview Trade, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and ensuring the satisfaction of existing clients. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual with a passion for driving business growth and strengthening and maintaining high-quality customer relationships. As Business Development Manager focusing on B2B relationships, you will be instrumental in expanding our business footprint, managing key accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be a highly driven, proactive and strategic thinker with a proven track record in B2B sales and account management.

Role Responsibilities 


  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the North and Midlands.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
  • Build and nurture relationships with new clients, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize business potential.
  • Work closely with existing customers to understand their requirements and maintain high levels of satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Set and achieve sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of Clearview Trade Products.
  • Negotiate and close deals in a manner that benefits both the company and the customer.

Qualities


  • Strong understanding of the windows, doors, and conservatories market.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-driven with a flexible mindset and a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel within the designated territory.
  • Full, clean driving license.
  • Degree educated (preferred)
  • Organised.
