Business Process Expert (M/F/*)

This position is for a Senior Business Process / Business Architecture Expert supporting a long-term transformation program. The role is primarily remote, with occasional onsite presence in Brussels, so the candidate must live within two hours of Brussels.

The role starts on 1 April 2026 and is full-time until 31 December 2026, with a strong likelihood of extension. The overall project duration is up to four years.

The consultant will focus on business process analysis, modelling, and optimisation, working closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective process flows. Responsibilities also include risk analysis and assessment, organizational change management, business architecture, and data analysis to support decision-making and identify trends.

The ideal candidate has at least 8 years of experience in Business Process Management, governance, and business process optimisation, supported by a relevant EQF/ISCED level 7 qualification (or level 6 with equivalent experience). At least one professional certification in business architecture (e.g. BPMN, TOGAF, ARIS) is required. Experience with EU institutions or related DGs (such as INTPA, ENEST, MENA, or FPI) is considered a strong advantage.

Fluent English (C1) is mandatory, while French (B2) is a plus. German is not required.
