Business Process Quality Manager (m/f/d)

Main tasks:
  • You will be responsible for helping develop the processes within the organization and map it in the IMS tool
  • You help designing and optimizing business processes that align with the company's strategic objectives
  • You will integrate new processes into the existing process model, conducting Business Process Mapping - BPM notation and logic checks for approval
  • You support and coach a network of employees who are responsible for the development and/or the management of quality processes
  • You will support a team of process designers/ collaborators across the global network
  • You will perform project quality reporting and analysis
  • You coordinate quality expert resources and tracks progress
  • You drive and coach quality-related topics globally within area of responsibility


Main qualifications
  • Degree in Business, Engineering or Quality Management. IT Knowledge is a plus
  • Significant experience of working in a similar role, ideally within a large-scale manufacturing/ engineering environment in a global or multinational organization. Experience in business process design, preferably with BPMN 2.0 or similar
  • You are experienced in the use of BPM tools like iGrafx or similar
  • You have a strong experience managing/ advising a company quality organization. Experience in managing employees preferable
  • You are an ISO 9001 certified auditor and have experience in developing quality strategies and building an ISO 9001 system is a plus
  • Strong quality mindset and ability to inspire colleagues and stakeholders for a culture of continuous improvement
  • Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A collaborative team player who supports and motivates others to achieve their goals
  • Structured, facts-driven, and able to work under pressure and manage several operational and conceptual activities at the same time
