Position: CAFM Technical Specialist
Location: Remote (UK based)
Employment Status: Full-Time, 12-month contract
Package: £450pd-£500pd (Dependent on experience)

Tria have partnered with a global Facilities Management company to hire a CAFM Technical Specialist. This is a key role for the company who require a CAFM specialist who is experienced working with MRI Concept Evolution.
The business is in the process of transferring systems from Maximo to Concept Evolution, so require someone to help with this process as well as with Workflow Development and Data Loading.
The position will be for an initial 12-month period and is outside IR35. The position is also fully remote, with good day rates on offer. Ideally, the company would require someone who could start within 2 weeks.
Experience required:
- Good experience working with MRI Concept Evolution
- Proven experience developing workflows
- Experience with Re-Platforming and Upgrading CAFM systems
- Working with Data Migration
- Any experience with Maximo
