CDP Integration Project Manager (Freelance - Remote)
Duration: 20 weeks (July 21 - December 5, 2025)
Location: Remote (CET or EST time zones preferred)

We're looking for a hands-on Customer Data Platform (CDP) Project Manager to co-lead the implementation of BlueConic for a major healthcare client. You'll work in a "two-in-the-box" model alongside the vendor's PM, acting as the internal lead for all project delivery, documentation, and stakeholder alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Co-manage the CDP implementation with BlueConic's PM
- Advise on CDP use cases, integrations, and architecture
- Own and maintain all project documentation (timelines, risk logs, test plans, etc.)
- Collaborate with Marketing, Data Engineering, and Martech teams
- Support testing, validation, and integration efforts
Required Experience:
- 5+ years in digital data or marketing tech project management
- Proven experience with BlueConic or similar CDPs (Segment, Tealium, Salesforce CDP)
- Strong understanding of CDP architecture, data integration, and identity resolution
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with Agile or hybrid methodologies
- Background in FMCG/FMCH or Pharma is a strong plus
Start Date: July 21, 2025
Contract End: December 5, 2025 (extension possible)
