We're currently partnering with a leading global organisation undergoing a major HR transformation, and we're looking for a Change Management Specialist with deep expertise in SuccessFactors and Prosci methodology.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  
  Lead and execute change management activities across large-scale HRIS implementations.
• 
  
  Develop and implement change strategies aligned with Prosci methodology.
• 
  
  Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and project managers.
• 
  
  Drive user adoption of SuccessFactors modules across business units.
• 
  
  Deliver change impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, and communication strategies.

Requirements:

• 
  
  Proven experience as a Change Manager on large-scale transformation initiatives.
• 
  
  Solid understanding and hands-on use of Prosci methodology.
• 
  
  Experience with SAP SuccessFactors (any module).
• 
  
  Strong stakeholder engagement and communication planning.
• 
  
  Fluency in both Spanish and English is essential.

Nice to Have:

• 
  
  Experience in multinational environments.
• 
  
  Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP).
