Wir suchen für unseren Kunden einen Claim Manager Chemical Industry UK (m/f/d)
- Assess, prepare, and administer Extension of Time claims in accordance with contract terms and governing law
- Analyse delay events, including employer-caused delays, variations, force majeure, and concurrent delays
- Collaborate with planning/scheduling teams to review delay analyses (e.g., critical path impact)
- Ensure EOT notices and submissions are issued accurately and within contractual timeframes
- Negotiate EOT entitlements with clients, consultants, and subcontractors Contract
- Manage the contractual process for variations, change orders, and scope amendments
- Evaluate time and cost impacts arising from design changes, instructions, and unforeseen conditions
- Maintain comprehensive records to support change entitlement, including correspondence and approvals
- Support the negotiation and agreement of variations with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure changes are formally incorporated into contract documentation
- Draft, review, and administer contracts, subcontracts, and amendments
- Advise project teams on contractual rights, obligations, and risk exposure
- Maintain the contract register, tracking notices, approvals, milestones, and entitlements
- Support dispute avoidance and resolution activities, including claims preparation and defence
- Assist with audits, close-out documentation, and final accounts
- Very experienced in complex construction claim negotiations
- Knowledge of UK law
