Clinical Contract and Budget Manager

What You'll Be Doing

In this role, you will:

• Guide and support a team to meet both strategic and day-to-day operational objectives.
• Manage contracts and budgets for clinical sites, ensuring alignment with trial teams across the division.
• Partner with Legal, Procurement, and Trial Operations to optimise processes and improve efficiency.
• Oversee contractor engagement and onboarding, working closely with external agencies and internal procurement.
• Uphold the company's Quality Policy and maintain accurate resource planning and forecasting.
• Serve as the reference manager for assigned studies, facilitating kickoff meetings and handling escalations.

Who We're Looking For

Must-Haves:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading clinical operations teams
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities
