Commercial Manager - Defence
Summer-Browning Associates is currently assisting our client in the Defence Sector, who is seeking a Commercial Manager for an initial 3-month assignment, with the option to extend.
Location: Hybrid working - Bristol or London
Essential Skills: The ideal candidate will possess a proven background in Commercial and Procurement Management, including the following skills and experience:
- Knowledge of public sector procurement regulations (Procurement Act 2023 & PCR 2015)
- Hands-on experience managing procurements through CCS Frameworks
- Proficient experience in leading end-to-end sourcing within the Defence or Central Government.
- Experience in developing and delivering complex Invitations to Tender, including negotiations and contracts
- Familiarity with the New Transforming Public Procurement (TPP) is desired
- Knowledge of Oracle Fusion or equivalent Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is desired
