Communication Officer (COM)
Nature of the tasks
• Contribute to and implement the IT Communication Strategy.
• Manage operational communication activities.
• Support communications and engagement planning, reporting and analysis.
• Develop and deliver appropriate templates, content and materials (newsletters, leaflets,
posters, videos …) via different channel (mass mailing, knowledge bases, intranet …).
• Organise and manage satisfaction surveys.
Knowledge and skills
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Creative mind set.
• HTML/CSS
• Strong communication skills, both towards team and customer.
Technical certifications
• Communication management
• Adobe certified Associate, Professional or Expert
• Microsoft Office Specialist: Expert
• English or French CEFR level C1/C2
