Job Title: Construction Project Manager Location: Indianapolis, Indiana Position Type: Full-Time

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Construction Project Manager to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sense of integrity, a great work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams. As a Construction Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Management: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.

Team Leadership: Lead and manage project teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Communicate effectively with team members, subcontractors, and clients to ensure all parties are informed and aligned. Mentor and support team members, promoting professional development and teamwork.

Quality Control and Compliance: Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and in compliance with all relevant regulations and codes. Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve any issues promptly. Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

Budget and Resource Management: Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring all expenditures are tracked and within budget. Negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors to secure favorable terms. Optimize resource utilization, including labor, materials, and equipment.

Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns. Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and exceptional service. Ensure client satisfaction by delivering projects that meet or exceed expectations.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager, with a strong portfolio of successfully completed projects. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and industry standards. Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to job sites as required.
