Consumer Data Platform (CDP) Support Consultant

We are supporting a global organisation seeking an experienced Consumer Data Platform Support Consultant to provide hands-on administration and technical support for an established BlueConic CDP.

This role sits within a Digital Data, Analytics & AI function and works closely with Mar-tech and business stakeholders to support ongoing CDP operations, enhancements and use case delivery. You will act as the primary point of contact for CDP-related service requests, incidents and platform administration, while supporting the transition of long-term ownership to an internal team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on administration and technical support for the BlueConic CDP

  • Act as the subject matter expert for consumer data, profiles, segments, consent and integrations

  • Manage service requests and incidents using ServiceNow and maintain delivery backlogs in Jira

  • Support configuration of listeners, profile properties, segments, tagging and tracking rules

  • Support identity resolution, profile merges and duplication logic

  • Validate and support integrations with external systems (CRM, ESP, batch imports/exports, APIs)

  • Maintain and contribute to functional, technical and operational documentation

  • Support testing, validation and knowledge transfer activities

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including Data, Martech, Project Management and external vendors

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years' experience in CDP administration or digital data platforms

  • Proven experience with CDP tools such as BlueConic, Salesforce CDP, Tealium, Treasure Data or Amperity

  • Strong understanding of consumer data models, integrations and first-party data collection

  • Experience with identity resolution and consent management

  • Comfortable working across both functional and technical requirements

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and documentation skills

  • Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments

  • Background in CPG/FMCG environments is highly desirable
