We are looking for a CRM Marketing Specialist to join a high-performing Fan Engagement Marketing team, supporting large-scale, data-driven CRM initiatives for a leading international sports organization.
This role covers the full CRM lifecycle — from strategy and campaign planning to execution, measurement, and continuous optimization — using data, automation, and personalization to drive fan acquisition, engagement, and lifetime value.

Location: Fully Remote – United Kingdom & Ireland
Languages (one of the following combinations required):
English + German, or
English + Portuguese

Key Responsibilities
Plan, build, and execute CRM campaigns across email, SMS, and push
Perform audience segmentation, personalization, and deployment
QA journeys, dynamic content, and personalization logic
Design and run A/B and multivariate tests
Optimize lifecycle campaigns (onboarding, retention, reactivation)
Analyse campaign performance and extract actionable insights
Collaborate with Marketing, Data & Analytics, MarTech, and external partners

Essential Experience
3–5+ years in CRM / Lifecycle / Marketing Automation roles
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as:
Epsilon PeopleCloud Messaging
Movable Ink
Attentive
Experience with enterprise marketing platforms:
Adobe (AEP, AJO, CJA, Campaign, Marketo) preferred
SFMC also considered
Strong understanding of CRM KPIs, analytics, and A/B testing
HTML editing skills (email/templates)
Photoshop proficiency

Language Requirement (Mandatory)
English + German, OR
English + Portuguese
