Description
Title: Dynamics 365 CRM Solution Architect
Location: Amsterdam (Onsite 3–4 days / week)
Duration: 6 months (extendable)
Hiring Type: Freelance/B2B
We are looking for an experienced CRM Solution Architect to lead end-to-end architecture and delivery of enterprise-scale CRM implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead solution architecture for Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing)
- Translate business needs into scalable, secure CRM solutions
- Define architecture blueprints, integration patterns, and data models
- Provide technical leadership across configuration, customization, and deployments
- Drive DevOps practices including CI/CD, automated testing, and release governance
- Perform architecture reviews, performance tuning, and security assessments
- Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple projects and regions
Required Skills & Experience
- 12+ years in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, with 5+ years as a Solution Architect
- Strong expertise in Dynamics CRM (2015+) and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- Expertise in MSCRM Functional (L3) and Architecting (L2)
- Hands-on experience with MS Dynamics 365 customization and configuration (plugins, workflows, business rules)
- Experience with DevOps for Dynamics 365 (CI/CD, testing, release management)
- Knowledge of enterprise data integration and Data Fabric concepts
- Microsoft certifications (MB-600, PL-600, Solution Architect Expert) are a plus
Nice to Have
- Experience in large-scale CRM transformation programs
- Exposure to hybrid CRM environments (Dynamics + Salesforce)
- Familiarity with Azure services and enterprise integration platforms
