Main tasks:
- You will be responsible for implementing the configuration management plan as directed by the Configuration Lead
- Your role will involve assisting in the design of software configuration and customisation to meet the business process design and application requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design software configurations
- Implement and maintain the configuration management plan
- Customise software to meet business process design and application requirements
- Provide guidance and support to team members on configuration management best practices
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance software configuration processes
- Additionally, you will engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
- You will be expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams
Main qualifications
- Expert proficiency in SAP for Utilities is required
- Advanced proficiency in Solution Architecture, Configuration & Release Management, Design & Build Enablement, and Business Process Design is recommended, SAP Fiori, SAP for Utilities Energy Data Management Device Management
- You are expected to be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with deep knowledge and experience in SAP for Utilities
- You should have influencing and advisory skills, as well as the ability to make team decisions
