Key Responsibilities

  • Handling customer service and communications
  • Developing straightforward and flexible processes for all aspects of customer service
  • Utilizing our automation and technology to enhance the role
  • Adhering to strict service levels and being accountable for your tasks
  • Delivering high levels of customer service during installations and aftercare
  • Keeping customers updated throughout their journey
  • Communicating with a resolve-immediately attitude

  • Confident, independent, structured, accurate, and reliable
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proactive and a fast learner
  • Hands-on mentality
  • Positive mindset with a can-do attitude, always finding creative and pragmatic solutions
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs & Sheets)
  • Experience with CRM software
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
