Customer Success Manager (Swedish Speaking)

A fast-growing SaaS company ini the Capital Market regulatory space (MiFID, MAR EU regulations) are seeking a Customer success manager to play a leading role in the work of increasing customer satisfaction and retaining our customers.

You must have strong customer facing skills and experience ideally with managing customer software portfolios and collaborating to build regulatory solutions workflows on the platform.

You will be active in the work with our support platform and constantly work on improvements to the content. It is also possible that your work will affect product development.

SaaS post sales experience

Responsibilites

Develop and implement a short-term and long-term plan to maintain and have satisfied customers

Educate and support customers in their work with our products

Develop and maintain educational product materials in collaboration with marketing functions

Collaborate with support teams, sales and management team as needed

Contribute to the development of processes and practices

Report to COO

Swedish Speaker mandatory.
