Title: Dynamics 365 CRM & .NET Specialist (Customer Engagement)
Location: Brussels (2x days a week onsite minimum)
Duration: 6 – 12 Months Rolling Contract
Languages: English (Mandatory) & French or Dutch (Bonus)
Budget: €450 - €500 per day, all inclusive

Project/Department Description and responsibilities
Our client is currently looking for a senior CRM Developers due to additional demands and increasing challenges.
Within this department, there are 3 squads in place with +-10 team-members/squad
In our department there are 3 types of projects
maintenance on projects in production
new large scale projects
changes on deployed projects
Currently 3 project are ongoing:
Sales, which is based on the Sales module of Microsoft Dynamics
two projects on the Servicing part.
Primary Tasks and responsibilities
Concept, Develop or adapt the applications in (programming language/SW) for a domain as described by the functional and business analysis and in regards to user requirements
Insure the well understanding of all the requirements
Translate the functional and business analysis in programming language and architecture
Study and discuss the functional analysis with the designated internal contact
Conduct the Test driven development
Test the program in the integrated environment following the Agile method
Document the software
Report potential issues to the functional analysts proposing the optimal solution for the achievement of the best result
Evaluate the impact of potential changes on the software modules and report any potential problems
Secondary Tasks and responsibilities
Quality assurance
Write the test scenarios
Test the final solution as proposed to the end users
Document the test results
Solve testing problems and retest
Constant evolvement conducted in lessons learned after each milestone achieved
Put in practice the improvement actions and good practices of software development
Leadership skills compatible with over 5 years of professional experience
Very good coaching & training skills
Technical profile requirements
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement CRM
+3 years of Dynamics 365 Sales & Servicing
+5 years of active working experience with .Net
Expert knowledge of programming languages: .Net
Good knowledge of methodology: Agile, Object oriented
Good knowledge of tools: JIRA, SVN
Working Knowledge of SSIS & Kingswaysoft
Working Knowledge of SSRS
Non-Technical profile requirements

Establishes and manages engagement objectives, expectations and quality plan
Ability to identify and implement process and/or application improvements

Methodology/Certification requirements
Master Degree in Computer Science OR equivalent through experience. Advanced course work in technical systems plus continued education in technical disciplines is preferred

Language proficiencies
Fluent in English
Dutch or French is an asset
