Role Summary
  1. Location: Stockholm, Sweden (Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

  6. Work Eligibility: EU or Swedish Nationals only (Dependents permits not considered)
Role Overview
As the D365 F&O Technical Lead, you will be responsible for the technical health and architectural integrity of the ERP ecosystem. You will bridge functional requirements with technical execution, lead global development teams, and define the technical roadmap for a business-critical platform.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Design end-to-end technical architectures for D365 F&O aligned with best practices and 'Update Safe' standards.
  2. Lead and mentor onshore and offshore development teams; manage sprint planning and workload distribution.
  3. Conduct code reviews and enforce strict development standards to minimize technical debt.
  4. Design and oversee integrations with external systems (PLM, CRM, Banking) using Azure Integration Services, OData, and Custom Services.
  5. Own ALM processes including Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines and environment promotion strategies.
  6. Act as technical escalation point and advisor on performance tuning and Microsoft 'One Version' updates.
Key Skills & Qualifications
  1. Expert-level X++ development and C#
  2. Deep understanding of D365 F&O Metadata model and AOS
  3. Experience with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, Power Platform (Dataverse/Dual-write)
  4. Proficiency in Electronic Reporting (ER), BYOD, Azure Data Lake, and Power BI integration
  5. Strong experience with Azure DevOps (version control, build definitions, automated deployments)
  6. Strong consultative and stakeholder communication skills
Preferred Experience & Certification
  1. 5+ years in Dynamics AX/D365 F&O development with at least 2 years in a Lead role
  2. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (MB-700 / MB-300 / MB-500)
