? Location: Barcelona, Spain (Hybrid – 2 days in office, rest WFH)
? Contract Type: Full-Time Employment (12-month contract)
? Experience: 4+ years (Ideally 6 years)
? Start Date: Immediate (Tentative: April 15)
Key Responsibilities:
? Maintain and enhance an Excel-based tool, integrating it with Databricks for automation and efficiency.
? Improve data views and dashboards, making them more insightful and scalable.
? Develop and automate reports, transforming complex data into actionable insights.
? Work on scalability solutions to expand the tool’s adaptability across teams.
? Collaborate with data engineers, business teams, and stakeholders to ensure the tool meets evolving business needs.
? Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues to maintain accuracy and consistency.
? Provide documentation, training, and support to end-users.
Required Qualifications:
? Expert proficiency in Excel – advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros, and VBA.
? Strong SQL skills – querying, data transformation, and analysis.
? Databricks experience – handling large-scale data processing and analytics.
? 2+ years in business/data analysis – with a focus on automation and process improvement.
? Experience in improving data pipelines to enhance efficiency and scalability.
? Problem-solving mindset – attention to detail and analytical thinking.
? Excellent communication skills – ability to collaborate with technical and business teams.
? Tableau proficiency – for data visualization and dashboard development.
