Data Engineer with Ruby on Rails 
Fully remote Contract
– B2B/ Outside IR35
6 month contract with expected extensions

Skills & Experience Required:
• Ruby on Rails: Experience developing applications using the Ruby on Rails framework.
• Event-Based Systems: Familiarity with event-driven architectures, such as systems that react to events or messaging queues.
• Terraform: Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools, particularly Terraform, for managing cloud infrastructure.
• Database Modelling: Strong experience in designing and implementing database schemas, working with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Data-Intensive Systems: Experience working with large datasets
• Insurtech/Startup Environment: Experience working within Insurtech/FinTech or highly regulated industries
