One of our Blue Chip Clients is urgently looking for a Data Governance Engineer (Collibra, Informatica, Alation).

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement data governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure data quality, security, and compliance.
Collaborate with data stewards, data owners, and other stakeholders to establish data governance standards and best practices.
Monitor and enforce data governance policies across the organization, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
Conduct data audits and assessments to identify and address data quality issues and risks.
Design and maintain metadata management solutions to support data governance initiatives.
Provide training and support to teams on data governance practices and tools.
Stay current with industry trends and regulatory changes to continuously improve data governance strategies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in data governance, data management, or related roles.
Strong understanding of data governance principles, data quality management, and regulatory compliance.
Proficiency in data governance tools and technologies (eg, Collibra, Informatica, Alation).
Experience with metadata management and data cataloging.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with cloud platforms (eg, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Knowledge of data privacy regulations (eg, GDPR, CCPA).
Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools (eg, Tableau, Power BI).
Certification in data governance or related fields (eg, CDMP, DGSP).
