Description

IT M&A Delivery Manager to join an industry leading international end user in France to help with their Mergers & Acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead delivery of complex technology initiatives within transformation and M&A programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets.
  2. Coordinate cross-functional and third-party teams to manage risks and ensure effective execution.
  3. Govern technology roadmaps through structured review, approval, and change processes.
  4. Align technology milestones with enterprise R&D, Commercial PMO, and integration initiatives.
  5. Ensure smooth transition to operations and drive adoption through effective communication and training.

Key Skills
  1. Proven experience delivering IT projects and programs in global, matrixed environments, including M&A integrations.
  2. Strong understanding of infrastructure, applications, and service delivery.
  3. Experience in change management, risk, and impact analysis.
  4. Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, and Jira.
  5. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and business translation skills.
