Demand Generation Marketing Executive - London

Gibbs Hybrid are looking for an accomplished Demand Generation Marketing Executive to join a busy and dynamic Marketing team. You should have a solid background in digital marketing, with a focus on demand generation geared towards account-based marketing tactics. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing campaigns to drive qualified leads and revenue growth. This is an Inside IR35 role, PAYE, 12 month contract. 50% onsite work.

* Develop and execute demand generation strategies to drive ABM pipeline and pipeline acceleration.
* Plan, create, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, telemarketing, events). This includes building brief's and working with them to build full funnel marketing plans.
* Able to demonstrate working directly with sales teams and or understands the importance of sales and marketing relationship.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop campaign assets, messaging, and content that resonate with target audiences and drive conversions.
* Analyse campaign performance metrics and KPIs to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and identify areas for improvement.
* Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to ensure campaign objectives are met on time and within budget.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in B2B demand generation.


* Solid background in Marketing strategy
* Experience in Digital B2B demand generation marketing, preferably within a technology or SaaS company.
* You should have experience creating campaign codes, uploading leads and building reports in Salesforce & Power BI.
* Proven track record of successfully planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.
* An understanding of marketing strategy including full funnel marketing campaigns and tactics.
* Able to work in CRM systems (eg, Salesforce).
* Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
* Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and stakeholders.
* Self-starter with a passion for learning and a drive to stay ahead in a fast-paced, evolving industry
