Description
A DevOps Engineer is needed for a 6 to 12 months project based in Milan, Italy. This is an excellent hybrid role, and the candidate must be based in Milan Italy and work onsite for 2-3 days a week onsite and offsite for the reminder. Candidates must be able to work in Italy without sponsorship. We are offering Market rates.
Skills
- Strong background automating the configuration and management of large-scale platforms.
- Experience working with public cloud/AWS, OpenStack, VM, Linux boxes.
- Proven ability in setting up CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or Concourse.
- Experience in database deployment and management (SQL, NoSQL)
- Linux system administration & configuration management, primarily with CentOS and Ubuntu.
- Experience with automation/orchestration with tools such as Ansible and Terraform.
- Experience using an array of automation and monitoring tools.
- Defining and setting development, test, release, update, postproduction support and support processes for DevOps operation.
- Encouraging and building automated processes wherever possible like any Notification/alters.
- Identifying and deploying security measures by continuously performing vulnerability assessment and risk management.
- Experience in incidence management and root cause analysis.
