The position is a Dutch and English speaking project you must speak both of these language's.
We are seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy Digital Specialist to join our marketing team.
The ideal candidate will manage and optimize our digital platforms, including our website, lead generation campaigns, and data integrations. This role requires a blend of technical skills, marketing knowledge, and the ability to collaborate with various teams to enhance our digital presence and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and optimize the data pipeline for various marketing platforms.
- Oversee the Client website and additional web properties to ensure smooth operations and data accuracy.
- Support and enhance lead generation campaigns through data analysis, integrations, and automation.
- Create and manage data dashboards, ensuring effective integration with HubSpot and other marketing tools.
- Provide technical support to Marketing Specialists and Sales teams, ensuring they have the necessary digital tools and data.
- Analyze and automate workflows to streamline processes, reduce workload, and cut costs.
- Coordinate with external partners and maintain real estate platforms (Immosites).
- Ensure all digital activities comply with GDPR, consent, transparency, and accessibility standards.
- Work with Umbraco CMS, handling bulk uploads, managing content, and assessing website changes' impact.
- Oversee and advise on the integration between SAP and the website, ensuring seamless communication between systems.
Required Skills:
Umbraco CMS: Experience with or the ability to quickly learn Umbraco CMS, managing website content and operations effectively.
API Development: Proficiency in writing and managing APIs to ensure smooth data integration across platforms.
HubSpot Knowledge: Familiarity with HubSpot and the ability to optimize processes between HubSpot and other systems like ODS.
Data and Analytics: Strong skills in creating dashboards and extracting data from GA4 (Google Analytics 4) and other sources.
Ability to assess and report on data quality and campaign performance.
Technical Integration: Experience overseeing and advising on the integration between SAP and digital platforms, ensuring effective communication and data flow.
Content Management Processes: Understanding of content management processes and best practices in digital marketing.
Soft Skills:
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with marketing, sales, and IT teams.
Analytical mindset with a knack for identifying and resolving technical and operational issues.
Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical details into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Digital Specialist or similar role.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and optimize digital platforms and data pipelines.
- Familiarity with GDPR and other compliance standards in digital marketing.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
