Dynamics 365 CRM Support Developer - Contract role
Contract (4-6 months)
Dat Rate: £400 - £450 Inside IR35 (depending on experience)
Location: London (mainly remote)
Position Overview:
As a Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales) Support Developer, you will play a crucial role in supporting and optimising the client's Dynamics CRM system to meet the evolving needs of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for Dynamics 365 CRM Sales module, resolving system-related issues from simple user queries to complex production applications involving Power Apps and Power Automate.
Customize CRM system to meet business needs, including workflows, dashboards, and reports.
Collaborate with stakeholders to implement enhancements and new features.
Develop and maintain plugins and extensions to extend CRM functionality.
Integrate CRM with other business applications, ensuring data consistency.
Conduct system upgrades and document technical configurations.
Stay updated on CRM development trends and recommend improvements.
Must have experience in Dynamics 365 CRM development and support.
Modular experience: Sales and Marketing.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
Proficiency in customising Dynamics CRM system components.
Ability to develop plugins, workflows, and extensions
Familiarity with Dynamics CRM integration techniques.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills for collaboration.
