As Junior Key Account Manager, you will be part of the Digital & Data Customer Care team, supporting the Key Account Managers to quickly respond to customer needs/questions/complaints and initiate improvement projects. Your main tasks are:

Contracting: You will support the Key Account Manager in drafting contracts (connection contracts, BRP, Metering, BSP...).

Your responsibilities will include:
• You will support the Key Account Manager in following up connection requests, including checking compliance with the technical requirements applicable to the connection in question.
• You will carry out technical analyses on incidents, power quality, load management, etc.
• Enquiries/complaints management: You will assist the key account manager and take the necessary measures to provide the customer with the fastest and most appropriate response (advice, information, action, etc.).
• Management of customer data: You will ensure that customer files are complete and accurate by recording information in the appropriate systems and forwarding it to the relevant departments.
• Coordinate events and communication: You will help Elia to promote its products and services on the market by coordinating and preparing customer events, both in terms of organisation and content.
• Process improvement and definition: Based on your experience and in collaboration with the Digital & Data Customer Care team, you will identify shortcomings and propose improvements in order to adapt/define processes, products, services and tools, and support the implementation of these improvements (in the tools) until they go live.

• You are an industrial, civil or commercial engineer.
• You have min. 3 years' experience.
• You are fluent in Dutch or French and have a good knowledge of the other language and English.
• You have a strong sense of responsibility, can work independently and have good organisational skills.
• You are customer-oriented.
- Start: ASAP, 8 months, extension possible
- Workload: 5 days per week
- Location: Working location will be mainly in the Brussels area (homeworking possible 2-3 days a week)
