Our client plays a major role in the Belgian and European energy landscape, building sustainable, green and reliable energy infrastructure. The company is seeking freelancers to work remotely and locally on various national and international projects. Fluency in French or Dutch is required.
The Project Leader service is responsible for electrical infrastructure projects (380, 220, 150, 70 and 36 kV)
Service description:
• Responsibility for the definition, study, design of the projects and ensuring the implementation of the projects until commissioning and administrative closure.
• Developing preliminary designs, drawing up budgets and planning projects, taking into account the required and available resources.
• Responsibility for managing the planning, the project budget and reporting to the team leaders.
• Participate in the preparation of tender files and participate in the purchasing process.
• Management and coordination of the on-site implementation of the projects in collaboration with the relevant entities of the Elia Group (suppliers, contractors, etc.).
Tasks are accomplished autonomously with reporting to Manager.
Additional requirements:
• Civil or industrial engineer in electrical engineering or electromechanics (this is a MUST) (electromechanics)
• Experience with project management (school leavers are also welcome).
• knowledge of high voltage. (high voltage)
• Strong sense of responsibility, clear organizational talent.
• Smooth assertive communicator who is customer-oriented, values team spirit and is resourceful.
• Excellent knowledge of both national languages NL and Fr (dutch and french)
• LIVING IN THE REGION North Brussels, South Antwerp, Herentals, Leuven
- Start and Duration: ASAP – 15 Months
- Volume: Approx. 100% (5 days/w)
- Work Location: Brussels, remote 50%
