Our client plays a major role in the Belgian and European energy landscape, building sustainable, green and reliable energy infrastructure. The company is seeking freelancers to work remotely and locally on various national and international projects. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of French or Dutch is an advantage.



Service description:

We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the content review and content migration for all corporate group websites of our companies Group. You will take the lead in the stakeholder management and content creation planning. You will also organize UX workshops to improve future user experience, define the information architecture, and ensure smooth content migration. This role focuses on content management and content strategy. You will work closely with the digital communication teams (responsible for website content and publishing) and the product team (responsible for the technical part of the Content Management System used).

Key Responsibilities:

-Stakeholder Management: Engage with business stakeholders to review and update content for their respective sections.

-Reporting: Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, challenges, and successes.

-Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.

-Content Creation Planning: Develop and maintain detailed planning (together with the digital communication & product team) for content creation, translations and review.

-UX Workshops: Organize workshops with business stakeholders to gather feedback, improve future user experience, and define the information architecture of the websites.

-Content Migration: Coordinate with the project team and business stakeholders to ensure all content is ready and migrated smoothly.

-Collaboration: Work closely with the digital communication team (responsible for website content and publishing) and the product team (responsible for technical aspects).

-Quality Assurance: Ensure all content meets company standards for quality, accuracy, branding, and accessibility.

-Post-Migration Review: Conduct a final review of the migrated content to ensure everything is in place and working properly.



Required Skills and Qualifications:

1.Proven experience in project management, particularly in website content review or content management projects.

2.Proven experience in working with Sitecore XM Cloud

3.Strong organizational and planning skills.

4.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

5.Experience in change management and training.

6.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.


Languages:

-Fluent in English

-Good knowledge of German is a big plus

-Good knowledge of French and/or Dutch is a plus.

- Start and Duration: 05.05.2025-31.03.2026 ASAP – 9 Months extension possible

- Volume: Approx. 100% (5 days/w)

- Work Location: Remote, Monnoyer, Belgium
