EL250425P9A1: Freelance - Admin support service "Permits and Property", SAP EHS, CX (Brussels, 60% remote/40% onsite, 9 months, ASAP)
Our client plays a major role in the Belgian and European energy landscape, building sustainable, green and reliable energy infrastructure. The company is seeking freelancers to work remotely and locally on various national and international projects. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of French or Dutch is an advantage.
Service Description:
Administrative support in the context of large projects:
-Permits: Assistance in the preparation and archiving of environmental permits/road permits (filling in/archiving various tools (SAP EHS and Environmental Desk)).
-Property: Administrative assistance in preparing agreements/files (filling in/maintaining SAP CX).
-Negotiations: Filling in option agreements based on data from negotiators in collaboration with negotiators.
Additional Requirements:
1. Legal background/experience
2. Good knowledge of MS Office
3. Perfect knowledge of Dutch
4. Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
Employment Information:
-Location: Monnoyer Note: For non-EU candidates, we request you to propose candidates who
meet the following conditions:
-Possess a work permit that authorizes the person to work in Belgium.
-Have a valid residence permit that confirms the right to stay in Belgium.
