Our client, plays a pivotal role in Germany's energy transition, significantly contributing to the integration of renewable energy and ensuring a reliable power supply. The company is seeking freelancers to work both remotely and on-site in Berlin and other locations on national and international projects. Fluency in English is required; knowledge of German, French, or Dutch is a plus
Service description:
The mission consists of: Senior Design System Designer for Nova team.
Maintain and evolve design system.
Collaborate with developers, designers, and multidisciplinary teams.
Shape future digital products ensuring accessibility, cohesion, and alignment with organizational goals.
Main Tasks:
Guide development of Nova’s design language.
Collaborate to create, maintain, and evolve components, UI patterns, and documentation.
Write documentation and usage guidelines.
Review production components for design and accessibility standards.
Support adoption of Nova across teams.
Advocate for accessibility best practices.
Support other Product Teams with UI Design tasks.
Requirements:
7+ years of experience in UI Design or Interaction Design.
Expert in creating component libraries with variables in Figma.
Strong understanding of product ecosystems and design tokens.
Experience working productively with engineers.
Compelling portfolio showcasing design projects.
Experience in front-end development is a plus.
Understanding accessibility guidelines is a plus.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field.
Organized, transparent, and able to manage multiple projects.
Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
Autonomous, resilient, and passionate about Information Technologies.
Fluency in English; knowledge of German, French, or Dutch is a plus.

ASAP – 12 Months extension possible
